Jen Bowen Flynn joins Generations Incorporated as Deputy Director

Generations Incorporated is pleased to announce the hiring of it’s new Deputy Director, Jen Bowen Flynn. As Deputy Director, Jen will play a key role in the execution of our new three-year strategic plan, Read to Grow, by focusing on program operation and growth. As a part of the senior management team at Generations Incorporated, Jen will help shape future organization-wide policies that will contribute to the organization’s overall success. In addition to her responsibilities overseeing our programs and volunteer recruitment, Jen will act as a liaison to our key program and community partners relative to funding, contracts, and delivery of services.
